Conditions for return application

Product status: Returned products must be brand new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and retain their original packaging, tags, and accompanying accessories.

Applicable products: Standard hats can be returned or exchanged. However, some custom-made or promotional items may not be subject to the return policy (please refer to the product page for specific details).

Return the goods: Please return the goods to the address we provide and ensure that a reliable logistics method is used to prevent loss or damage. It is recommended to keep the logistics tracking number for easy inquiry.

Refund processing: After the goods are received and inspected to confirm that they meet the return conditions, we will process the refund within 3 to 7 working days. The refund will be returned to the original payment account or credit card to which you made the payment. Please note that the arrival time of funds may vary slightly among different banks or payment platforms.

Freight description

Non-quality issue returns: For returns due to personal reasons, the shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.

Return due to quality issues: If the goods have quality problems, are damaged during transportation or sent to the wrong sender, we will cover the return shipping cost and can offer a full refund or exchange service.

Exchange service
If you wish to change the size, color or style of the product, please indicate it in your return application. Exchanges must also be applied for within 30 days of receiving the goods and kept in brand new condition. We will do our best to provide you with the replacement items you need. However, if the required items are out of stock, we may offer a refund.
